Odd Balance…

Posted by mark on 18th January 2008

My second class isn’t as near as instense as I thought it would be, just reading really and one paper out of class. Call it a flip-flop… I should be fine for the semester, not to crazy.

TGIF! It’s been a long week!

Spoke to soon..

Posted by mark on 16th January 2008

I had my “fluff” class last night… it’s not. Which is a good thing, if it was I think it would be really hard to get through, but the way it is being taught I might actually get something more out of it then the credits.

My next class is Thursday… more to report then…

Back to School

Posted by mark on 15th January 2008

School starts again tonight for me. This semester I am taking two classes, each one meets one night a week. One I think is a fluff class (but it’s required) and one will probably be a challenge depending on how the material is tested. I’ll update more on the classes next week.. I should know more then.

So far I am perfect in my return to campus… 4.0 for the first time in my life. Hopefully we can keep it that way!

Happy New Year!

Posted by mark on 4th January 2008

Happy New Year everyone!

I personally don’t have any resolutions, but I have some things I want to accomplish this year… I’m sure I’ll post them here when I accomplish them, but not until they are accomplished.

We had a great New Year’s Eve thanks to our friends Brandy and Eric (and their daughters). We went to their house for a small gathering and poker tourney in which I came in second place… I was pleased with my performance.

The holidays were great with visits from my folks and a journey down to Columbus to see Rose’s folks and brother (and his family).

But now, things are slowly going back to normal… back to work… freezing temps and a ton of snow.

Happy 2008!
