Just a quick note to let everyone know we have returned from our Thanksgiving Trip to Walt Disney World… we spent the week with our entire family and it was a wonderful, fun filled week. I’ll be typing up a full trip report with photos soon… but for now, I thought this picture summed it up pretty well…

Jenna is growing in leaps and bounds it seems… over the weekend we got her an early birthday present (way early, but it was a great deal)…

She’s getting so big!!

Just wanted to toot my own horn and announce that I got an “A” on my most recent test for my Mass Communication class! I got a “B” on the first one, so it was really nice to rebound on this one… hopefully the next one will be more of the same!

Last night we were playing with Jenna as we were putting her to bed and we were playing the game “I’ve got your nose!” and it moved on to ears. Jenna took my ears and put them in her pocket and I asked if I could have them back and she said no. So I said “OK, but can I have them back in the morning?” and she said I could…

I figured that was the end of it… nope.

This morning Jenna came in to the bathroom and I was brushing my teeth and climbed up on her step stool and said “Hi Daddy” …I bent down to say hello and she reached up to both sides of my head and said “Here’s your ears!”

I can’t believe I just turned over my calendar to November!

I’m trying to make a concerted effort to update more often, as opposed to the once a month or so job I have been doing.

We got Jenna first quasi-report card from school yesterday. She is doing very well in class and judging by the list of goals for the year for the entire class, she’s ahead of the curve… granted, I think she’s the oldest in the class.

My class is going well, we had our second test last night which I think I did well on, at least better then the first test in which I got a ‘B’. I will be glad when this one is over, these 16 week classes are a killer! I guess it’s easier when you are a bit younger, since there are more things going on around campus to distract you.

This will be a busy month, and I don’t think December will be any less busy… Lots of travel, visitors and family fun will be occuring… plus Jenna gets to go to her first concert this weekend… The Wiggles!

I’m going to try and post some pictures from Halloween tonight or tomorrow… keep an eye out!
