As you can imagine, Jenna continues to expand her vocabulary and seems to talk non-stop. She has moments where we can’t understand a word she is saying and then there are moments like this:

Jenna spies my water cup on the table and says “water!” to which Rose replied, “Yes, that’s Daddy’s water”. Jenna reaches up saying “I’ll get it”, grabs is and says “I got it” then proceeds to walk over to me and hand me the cup and say “Here ya go”… it was too cute.

Tonight at the park a family of deer wandered across the field next to it and we all walked over to take a closer look. Jenna stood, pointing at the deer, and as they wandered in to the woods Jenna waved and said “Bye” and blew them a kiss.

Jenna has become a “girly-girl” and rarely goes anywhere without her purse, a small bag that Rose gave her to keep Jenna out of her purse. In Jenna’s purse are her teddy bear, keys and cell phone. The cell phone is really cute, especially when she tried to put it on her belt to look like Daddy.

In other news, I am leaving Key Bank and starting a new position at Baker Hostetler, a large law firm here in town. I won’t go in to all the reason why I’m leaving Key here, but if you are interested drop me a line. Rose is doing well, slowly back in to the swing of things… along with her grad class and internship… she’s a busy girl!
