Rose had her second appointment this morning, and everything is going very well. The doctor did confirm that we are having a true Bradbourne child… Peanut is already not cooperating and being ornery in the womb. When the doctor tried to check the heart beat, Peanut started hiding and making it difficult.

What a chip off the old block!

Other then that, the appointment went fine, and like I said everything is going along great.

Rose has been feeling a bit nauseous from her prenatal vitamins, then she read the package and discovered that you aren’t suppose to take them with food… like every other vitamin on the planet.. who knew? Anyway, she started taking them before she went to bed and she’s doing much better.

So, I have nicknamed her vitamins “Fetus Fertilizer” as of last night’s dosage… we both had a good laugh at that one. I have no idea where I came up with the name…

Her check up is a week on Friday…  so far everything seems to be going well!

Just a quick update as I realize that people may have more interest in our lives as Rose’s pregnancy progresses.

Rose is doing well, she hasn’t had any morning sickness (or afternoon or evening for that matter) so we are much happy about that detail! She is feeling well, which is good considering that she started a second round of graduate school classes this week.

The official word on the due date for “Peanut” is February 20th. I will be putting together a 50/50 betting pool in the next few weeks for the actual date. If you’d like to participate let me know.

We do have names picked out, but we aren’t telling anyone… nor are we going to find out the sex. So to tease you a bit here are the “names” we picked out (these are a joke)

If it’s a boy, he will be known as Tyrone GoMowTheLawn Bradbourne, and if it’s a girl she will be Shaniqua GoDoTheDishes Bradbourne… they both have a nice ring don’t they

I didn’t want to loose the archives, so I’ve found a home for them

I just realized that we had over 2 years of posts, and I was running out of space on the site, so I’ve started a new “blog”. I don’t think that anyone was looking thought the archives, but if you were I’m sorry.
