So, yes, I’m no longer playing drums with Ekko… something I truly am torn about. I did enjoy playing with them, but I do have a lot more free time now.

And with all this free time, what have I decieded to do…. freelance :)

James Pequignot’s manager has asked if I can sit in at one of their upcoming shows that his regular drummer can’t make. And, there is a chance that I will be playing on and off with Chris Nekvinda when he needs some percussion parts for certain shows.. (he generally performs solo).

I had a chance to sit in with him (Chris) and a make shift band on Monday night, and it was unbelievably cool. Derek Poindexter on bass… I’ve known that guy for 10 years and he’s one of those guys that I’ve always wanted to play with… and it was like we had playing together for years… really cool.

The gig calendar has been updated again… but this time, a whole bunch of shows have been removed, because I am no longer playing drums for EKKO.

I wish them good luck…

Not sure how often this will happen, but Lost in America and EKKO will be playing together on Saturday at the Grog Shop… if you are in the area, this is a rare opportunity to see both my bands in one evening.

EKKO has a show tonight at the Hi-Fi in Lakewood, we play at 11pm… stop out and say hi!

The gig calendar has been updated…. check it out.

Want to see what I’m up to lately? Check the gig calendar at the left of your screen….

Life is good… just not much worth writing about (at least in my head).

We planted some flowers last weekend… and I mowed the lawn (rivoting, aren’t I…)
